Cooking with I. Joelle: Baked Italian Dressing Wings

*This photo does belong to me.

Hey loves this week I prepared  one of my favorite recipes. I'm always trying to find away to save money instead of  buying lunch during the week because it can get very expensive. I wanted a meal that would last me for lunch and dinner so I decided to whip up Baked Wings with Italian Dressing.

Here's what you'll need:
  • Chicken wings or chicken breast
  • Italian Dressing
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt
  • Olive Oil or Pam
  • Baking sheet
  • Aluminum Foil

Directions:

1) I marinated the chicken wings over night in a Ziplock Freezer bag in the fridge.
2) The next morning I took the wings out fridge and preheat my oven to 375 degrees.
3) I  lined my pan with aluminum foil and sprayed it with Pam or you can use Olive oil.
4)  Placing the chicken wings on the pan with tongs (for sanitary purposes). After placing the wings on the pan I then sprinkled Parmesan Cheese and a tad bit of salt on  each wings.
*You can choose to pour the excess Italian Dressing on the chicken or toss it in the trash.

5) Place you wings in the oven with the timer set on 35-40 minutes. I checked on the wings once or twice.
6)  After your wings  have cooked long enough take out your wings and feel free to add more Parmesan Cheese to your liking.

*You could put the wings back in oven to get more of a brown coating.
7) Enjoy!!!

I did pair my wings with chicken flavored rice using Goya chicken spices. I didn't get a chance to get a picture of it because it was so yummy. I will be sure to get a picture for the next go round. With these wings I would pair them with rice and veggies or a salad. I hope you give this recipe a try and stay tuned for more recipes next month!
